ORDERING HELP (3 ways to Order): We accept Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express credit cards
On-line SSL Secure Cart Ordering for Fishcards or Books:
First, find the Fishcards or Seahawk Books you want to order.
Click on the "Add to Cart" button. You will be taken to your
shopping cart. This cart stays available as you shop and is
viewable through the "VIEW CART" hyperlink found throughout
our site.Keep or change the quantity shown for the item.
For your first item, you will need to select the shipping zone
(US, Canada, Mexico, or other foreign country). You will also
need to specify which state or province you are in. Residents
of Virginia will pay 4.5% Sales Tax (automatically calculated).If you are done ordering, scroll down and click on the "Recalculate"
button, then click on the "Go to Payments" button. If you have
changed the default quantity of "1" and want to continue shopping
(adding more items to your cart), you should first click on
"Recalculate" before you click on "Continue Shopping".Repeat the above, clicking on "Add to Cart", "Recalculate", and
"Continue Shopping" as needed.When you are ready to proceed to checkout, click on the
"View Cart" link (unless you are already at the cart page), then
click on "Proceed to Payments". Fill in the required fields.
The Billing Address is the address where the credit card
statement/bill is mailed each month. Only US orders
may specify a separate Shipping address. Errors to the Billing
Address may delay your order (a security measure).On your last page, there should be a link back to our site.
We reserve the right to correct shipping charges that may not have
been calculated correctly by the shopping cart. This rarely happens,
and only occurs when larger quantities of books or cards are ordered.
We will inform you if there is a change to your cart total, but if we are
not supplied a valid email address at checkout, we may go ahead
and ship the order with the corrected total.
Printable Order Form for Faxing: (Print the form from a web page)
We have a simple fill-in form you can print from a web page.
This is an option for people who do not like to order on-line,
or get easily frustrating maneuvering through shopping carts.Click on the "Faxable Order Form" hyperlink found throughout
our site Or, CLICK HERE FOR FAXABLE ORDER FORMPrint the web page. Usually, this is accomplished by clicking
on the printer icon at the top of your Internet browser window.You will need to fill in the items, quantities, and prices.
Naturally, you will also need to fill in your billing information
(where the credit card is mailed to) and shipping address, if
different. Don't worry about item codes, but be as specific as
possible when listing Fishcards (many have the term "Fishwatcher's"
in the name. Please list the destination (Hawaii, Red Sea, etc.)Because tax and shipping are not automatically calculated, we
will need to fax or e-mail the final invoice to you. Please note
which you prefer at the bottom of the form. Credit card information
will never be completely listed on faxed or e-mailed final invoices.Please read the Shipping, Returns, and Privacy policies below.
Please note: We reserve the right to correct shipping amounts on all orders,
and mathematical errors that may appear on faxed order forms. Also, in
order to protect our customers from possible credit card fraud, we require
Address Verification (AVS) on all North American credit card orders. If billing
information for the card does not match up with the information you supplied us
with, we may require further information, or suggest an alternate method of
payment in order to fulfill your order. Non-US orders will only be shipped
to the billing address of the credit card used for the order.

This is because our customers are important to us!SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES:
Shipping: We'll usually ship your order within one business day of payment authorization.
Orders originating outside of the US must be shipped to the billing address of the
credit card. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority or Global Priority Mail. Postage is
charged by the pound, and it takes about 12 Fishcards to equal a pound. Shipping is calculated
automatically by our on-line shopping cart. US orders are issued a Priority tracking number.
You can track your shipment using the "Track/Confirm" option at www.usps.com web site.
International recipients are responsible for any duty, GST, or customs fees required
by their countries. We can expedite your order at your request via FedEx for an additional fee.Gift Orders: If your order originates in the US and you specify a different ship-to name and
address, we will assume it is a gift order. Gift orders contain an unpriced invoice, with no
identifiable credit card information, and are valid for return or exchange of merchandise. If you
would like a message on this invoice, put the message in the Special Instructions text box
available in the checkout process. If you have purchased a gift order, we will mail you a
completed invoice separately for your records.Returns: Returned merchandise will be credited to the purchaser's credit card, minus
original shipping charges, within two business days of receipt at our Roanoke, Virginia
address. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase, and the customer
should be sure the package is sent via a trackable means. If a gift order is being returned
by the recipient, we will offer exchange of like merchandise at our discretion, with no offer
of monetary refund. Posters are not returnable or exchangable.
Fishcards.com cannot be responsible for refunding returned merchandise that is lost
in transit. If using a shipping method other than US Postal Service, address returns to:

discount orders. These returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. The material
must be returned in new, resalable condition in order to be considered for return. For
example, if you can see that the products (especially in the case of books) have been
stained, scratched or scuffed, you can assume we will not accept a return on the order.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery of the order.PRIVACY POLICY:
All customer information volunteered by you on our site is kept in strictest confidence.
Fishcards.com will not share your personal information with other businesses.
Credit card transactions are encrypted once they leave our site. We have not intentionally
placed any cookies on our site, however, our secure cart is hosted by Mal's e-com, and
we cannot control their use of cookies for their secure shopping cart program. Our fax
machine is located in a private, secure area, and should we need to contact you about
your order, we will never fax your complete credit card information on any correspondence.
In short, we provide the highest level of integrity for your transaction with our company,
and we share your concern regarding privacy and the desire to be shielded from "spam"
(unsolicited e-mails). We're on your side on the issue of Internet privacy!
